Miami Coconut Grove, Florida 2005. Removing the layers of in-coherent additions and alterations completed on the existing house in the course of the last 50 years of its life, in essence restores the bungalow-ness or the auora of the original. The new interventions are limited to the exterior of the bungalow, highlighting the old structure in a framework created by the additon of a new property masonry wall/two car garage, bedroom additions to the rear overlooking the pool, and new garden spaces.
