PantanoSan Martín de Valdeiglesias, Spain 2008. New single family weekend house North of Madrid. A floating multi leveled terrace cantilevers 5m over a restrictive sloping site to create a new occupiable artificial topography. Public programs are distributed in an open plan configuration on the terrace. Large glass sliding walls permit activities to flow freely between indoor and outdoor ´rooms´. Private functions are organized below.
